Community Service:

Accumulating over 310,000 miles and more than 16,000 community service hours, these cheerleaders have embarked upon a most remakarble mission of love, caring, and compassion, often putting themselves at risk in order to help others.

These girls have walked throught the broken glass and devastation of a natural gas explosion in Bridgeport, Alabama. They braved their way through the smoke, fire, and thick, choking dust of Oklahoma and Georgia. They thrust their way through mud and mountains of debris left by hurricanes Floyd and Isabel and tropical storm Allyson to deliver hundreds of pounds of food and relief supplies they collected directly to the hands of the disaster victims. Our girls have battled rain, snow, sub-zero wind-chills, and sizzling heat, enduring the smells of rotting food, garbage, and overflowing sewers, never faltering, lifting spirits and sharing hugs and tears with those in need

ShoreCheer girls were there to help heal in the wake of the tragedies of September 11, 2001, Columbine High School, EgyptAir Flight 900, American Airlines Flight 587, and TWA Flight 800. They have performed acts of rememberance and tribute for the Titanic, at Valley Forge, Gettysburg, for the victims of the Battleship Cole and at Arlington National Cemetery and numerous other war memorials.
